Terms of Service

Introduction

intbox (intbox.ai) is operated by Ascimov Technologies Private Limited, registered at Door No. 340/D, Room No. 3EACE Kunjo Plaza, Kombara Junction, Kochi, Ernakulam, Kerala – 682018, India (CIN: U62013KL2025PTC093452). intbox connects to messaging channels you choose and turns the conversations inside them into structured records you can search and export.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract where you live. If you accept on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you can bind it. Keep your credentials secure — you are responsible for activity under your account.

Use of the service

• Don’t use intbox to break the law or infringe anyone’s rights.
• Don’t access accounts or conversations you are not entitled to access.
• Don’t disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Don’t resell it, or use it to build a competing product or train a model.

Connecting channels

You decide which channels to connect. By connecting one you confirm that you own or may access that account, that it does not breach your agreement with that platform, and that you have any consent or lawful basis you need to bring other people’s messages into intbox. Agents work silently — nothing is posted and other members are not notified — so any duty to disclose that is yours. You can disconnect at any time.

Your content and AI output

Your conversations and everything derived from them remain yours. The licence you grant us covers only what runs the service: storing and transmitting your encrypted archive and holding the structured records extracted from your chats. We do not train models on your content; extraction is done by third-party AI providers on text from which identifiable details have been removed on your device — see our privacy policy.

AI output can be wrong or incomplete. Check anything important against the original message before relying on it. intbox does not give legal, financial, medical or other professional advice.

Fees and termination

intbox is free during beta. If we introduce paid plans we will make the price clear before you are charged. You can stop and delete your account at any time; we may suspend an account that breaches these terms or creates risk, and where we reasonably can we will give notice and a chance to export your data. The service, software and intbox marks stay ours.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties and do not promise the service will be uninterrupted or that AI output will be accurate. intbox backs up conversations that live on third-party platforms and is not a substitute for your own record-keeping where you have retention obligations.

Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability is limited to the greater of the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim or ₹10,000. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Ernakulam, Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction. Write to admin@intbox.ai first and we will try to resolve any dispute within 30 days. We may update these terms; the date above will change and continuing to use intbox means you accept them.
